Arrangements are made with the customer to provide information about the shipping options and their costs.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number, so you can follow the way of your order. In case your order cannot be executed, due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, pandemics, etc.) we will inform you to let us know if you wish to execute it. We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. We can only ship to a physical business or residential address. In case you wish your shipment to be made with a different company from our partner, the costs are borne by the customer. Please note that customers who are not residents of the European Union are responsible for any applicable duties, local customs fees, taxes, or other related charges. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. For your security, all orders require a signature upon delivery for the package.
