Dion Jewellery aims to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, from the confirmed payment, except some items which require ring sizing or to be personalized.

4. Worldwide

The special arrangement takes place with the customer in order to inform them about the shipping options and their costs.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, so you can follow the way of your order.
In case your order cannot be executed, due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, pandemics, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to execute it.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, we can ship to a physical business or home address only.
In case you wish your shipment to be made with a different company from our partner, the costs are borne by the customer.
Please note, that non-EU resident customers are responsible for any duties, local customs, taxes, or any other charges that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
