Return & Refund Policy
Return policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product that you
bought from our online store, your purchase can be returned strictly within 14 (calendar) days
from date, you have received it and request either their change with
another product or products or a refund.
Changes and refund are not accepted if the above-mentioned period has expired.
Goods returned to us damaged, lost, showing signs of wear or that have
been customized cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We do not accept returns on items that are discounted or on offer.
Return process:
1. Complete
a “product return” form and submit. If you need more information, you
can contact us by e-mail at info@dionjewellery.com or by tel: +302661044335 within the above period
of 14 days.

Jewellery will send you a return authorization via email
3. Pack the item
securely. Please make sure the
packaging of the parcel is safe so there will not be any damage during
transportation, moreover that the
returned goods are in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging
and with the original Dion Jewellery label which has not been removed or
otherwise destroyed in any way. Enclose all
the accompanying documents provided previously (original sales receipt or invoice, certificate guarantee, etc.)

Shipping
costs of returned items are borne solely by the sender. We recommend that you use registered delivery for your protection. We
are not responsible for damaged
items, or items lost or stolen in transit. All return shipping charges must be
prepaid.
Upon
receipt of the product, an inspection will be carried out by our company and,
if no problems are found regarding its condition, packaging, or documents, we
will send you an e-mail as regards the acceptance of your request for
replacement or refund.
We will
attach a "refund" or "product change" form
which after completion you need to return to info@dionjewellery.com.
Product exchange
If the consumer does not wish to replace it at this time, then the company provides a credit sale which can be used in the future in order to replace the product.
If you decide to exchange the returned item for a
product of lesser value, we will reimburse the difference.
The shipping of the new product from exchange
is made at the expense of our company as long as the changes of the same
order do not exceed 1 time. Changes of already returned products can be
send only on your charge.
Refund
Refunds
apply only to online purchases and not to physical store purchases.
Returned items are priced according to their
purchase receipt.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved then your refund
will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit
card or original method of payment, unless your original payment was CASH ON DELIVERY. In
this case, the refunds will be made through Bank Transfer, to the bank account
of the client.
You can expect a refund within 14 days since the
date we receive your “refund” form.
Delivery costs and bank
charges are not refundable.
